Armathwaite Hall Country House Hotel and Spa started life as one of England’s Stately Homes and as a result all our bedrooms are of individual character and style. All rooms have views either towards the lake, the gardens, the Deer Park or the Courtyard. The bedrooms in the main house are of a more traditional style whilst the spa wing bedrooms have a more contemporary feel with ground floor rooms having private garden patios.
Opening in April 2012 our courtyard bedrooms offer a wonderful opportunity for a family unit consisting of four Deluxe / Superior bedrooms (two of which have small adjoining twin rooms). Ideal for families or that extra special hen party (accommodating up to 12 persons).
The bedrooms fall into the four categories of studio suite, deluxe, superior and club. As our continued refurbishment takes place the most up to date technology is being added to the rooms such as radio/CD/iPod deck, plasma televisions with DVD player and televisions in bathrooms wherever possible. All rooms have Egyptian cotton linen and luxury mattress toppers. Luxury bathrobe and slippers are provided for your trips to The Spa! Two of our studio suites feature a roof top terrace making these ideal for your special day.
The wedding tariff is offered for a maximum of six rooms (subject to availability) based on two people sharing for two nights. This includes gourmet dinner in our Lake View Restaurant on the first night and bed and full Cumbrian breakfast for two nights. Special terms apply to winter weddings.
